REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Relax in Lux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
RETURN PROCESS
Due to the specialized nature of our wellness products, all returns must be authorized in advance. Please follow these steps:
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery:

- Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partners and provide you with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address (provided by our supplier)
- Return shipping instructions
4. Ship the item to the address provided (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged)
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping addresses are provided by our fulfillment partners and may vary depending on the product and your location. Do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization and shipping address from our team.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We shipped the wrong item
- The item does not match the description
REFUND METHOD
Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner (typically 5-10 business days after delivery), we will:
- Send you an email confirmation
- Process your refund to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
EXCHANGES
We gladly offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or alternative products of equal or lesser value. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
1. Contact us immediately at contact@relaxinlux.com with photos of the damage
2. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
3. We will provide a prepaid return label if the item needs to be returned
RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns.
