What warranty do you offer on your products?

All products come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product or contact us at contact@relaxinlux.com or (754) 300-6161 for specific warranty information.

Do your products require assembly?

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for fast, secure checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, orders may already be with the manufacturer and cannot be cancelled. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned per our return policy. Contact us immediately at contact@relaxinlux.com or (754) 300-6161 if you need to cancel.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes! We offer flexible payment options through Shop Pay Installments, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable payments. Options are displayed at checkout based on your order total.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with industry-standard encryption. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

Which areas do you ship to?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses at this time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are built into our transparent pricing, so there are no surprises at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time: 1-3 business days
Transit Time:
• Small Items (under 50 lbs): 5-10 business days
• Medium Items (50-150 lbs): 1-2 weeks
• Large Items (Massage chairs, saunas, hydrotherapy tubs): 2-6 weeks

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

What is curbside delivery?

All large items are delivered via curbside freight service. This means the driver will deliver the item on a pallet to your driveway, garage, or building entrance. The driver will NOT bring the item inside your home, go up stairs, or unbox the product. You are responsible for moving the item from the curb to its final location.

Do you offer White Glove delivery?

Yes! White Glove delivery is available for select large items at an additional cost. This service includes room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, and debris removal. Contact us at contact@relaxinlux.com or (754) 300-6161 to add White Glove service to your order.

What should I do when my order arrives?

IMPORTANT: Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the packaging for any holes, crushed corners, tears, or visible damage. If you see ANY damage, write "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos immediately. Contact us within 48 hours at contact@relaxinlux.com with photos. Once you sign without noting damage, you are confirming the item arrived in perfect condition.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. Restocking fees apply: 20% for massage chairs and saunas, 15% for other large equipment. How do I start a return?

Contact us at contact@relaxinlux.com or (754) 300-6161 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will coordinate with the manufacturer and provide you with return authorization and instructions.

Do I need to keep the original packaging?

YES! Large items (massage chairs, saunas, hydrotherapy tubs) MUST be returned in their original packaging and on the original pallet. If you discard the packaging, the item becomes NON-RETURNABLE. Keep all boxes, foam inserts, plastic wrap, and pallets until you are certain you want to keep the product.

How much does return shipping cost?

Return shipping for large items is expensive due to freight costs:
• Massage Chairs: $300-$500
• Infrared Saunas: $400-$800
• Hydrotherapy Tubs: $300-$600
• Small Items (under 50 lbs): $25-$75

You are responsible for these costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us immediately at contact@relaxinlux.com or (754) 300-6161 with photos of the damage. Include your order number and detailed description of the issue. We will work directly with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or repair. Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered at no cost to you.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your return (typically 5-10 business days after delivery), approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
